Woodland Council is divided into nine Service Units, which are geographical areas where Council services are consolidated and customized for the members in each of the individual areas.

NOTE: Names of Woodland Council's nine Service Units are in green text. Neighboring Councils (in black text) include: Indian Waters Council (Eau Claire), Birch Trails Council (Wausau), Fox River Council (Appleton), Manitou Council(Sheboygan), Great Blue Heron Council (New Berlin), Black Hawk Council (Madison), and Riverland Council (La Crosse).
